Destination Archaeology Resource Center

Located inside the Florida Public Archaeology Network headquarters in downtown Pensacola, the Destination Archaeology Resource Center is an archaeology museum open to the public. Inside you will learn about the amazing archaeological sites that you can visit and experience throughout the state. Our exhibits include displays about both land and underwater archaeology sites. We showcase heritage sites open to the public within the eight regions of the FPAN with traditional and interactive displays, including touchscreens, tablet computers and artifacts. Additionally, our museum hosts a variety of free exhibits, events, and programs throughout the year.

Emerald Coast Science Center

Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida

Since 1971, the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida has been collecting and preserving material culture pertaining to local and regional history. The University of West Florida Historic Trust manages Historic Pensacola, which includes the Pensacola Museum of History, the Pensacola Children's Museum, Historic Pensacola Village, the Pensacola Museum of Art, the Hilton Green Research Library, and the Voices of Pensacola in downtown Pensacola as well as Arcadia Mill Archaeological Site and Homestead in Milton, FL.
